Concierge Supervisor

General Description: This positions is employed through Sodexho Concierge Supervisor service exists to fulfill PMC's mission to provide "Healing Experiences for Everyone All the Time®. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Support Services, will always maintain a courteous, respectful, and caring attitude; fulfill all requirements of the key responsibilities; listen carefully and respond immediately to inquiries; assess how and act upon ways to delight patients; fulfill needs and make quality improvement recommendations; is dedicated to doing quality work; and contributes to a positive team and healing environment. Supervises Guest Services all Concierge employees Key Responsibilities:-Adheres to cultural expectations and PMC regulatory policies and procedures.-Provide warm, welcoming greeting to patients and visitors-Provide curbside assistance, helping visitors in and out of their vehicles-Provide wheelchair/scooter assistance-Has a thorough and working knowledge of Parrish Medical Center programs and services and conference center activities. Is able to speak confidently about those programs and services and is able to make appropriate referrals as needed.   Requirements:-High School Diploma required. Associate's Degree or other two year college equivalent preferred.-1 years to 2 years of customer service/service excellence experience required   Florida Today_RPM.
