In business since 2009, we are an established construction company who specializes in framing high-end, custom homes in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County area. We are currently hiring experienced carpenters who are committed to year round, full time work with opportunities for advancement. Duties may include cutting studs, framing roofs, installing windows, reading blueprints, etc. and will be assigned based on jobsite knowledge and present skill set. Pay is based on experience level and includes paid holidays, vacation (after one year), retirement (after 1 year), and annual bonuses based on company profitability.
