About this job

* Senior Administrator for the HOA.
* Work involves responsibility and accountability for the management processes and operation of the services provided by the HOA staff and contractors to members of the HOA.
* The Town Manager will plan, organize and manage the operations of the HOA. The manager will supervise all employees to successfully carry out the goals and objectives of the HOA, as determined by the duly elected HOA Board of Governors.
* The Town Manager will enforce covenants, which may include the investigation and reporting of found violations to County zoning officials.
* The Town Manager will prepare an annual budget for consideration by the Budget Committee and oversee the execution and implementation of the budget, complying with the generally accepted accounting principles and County and State laws.
* The Town Manager will meet with local, county and state officials on HOA matter, and will attend and represent the HOA before county and state legislative committees, zoning hearings or other governmental events. The Town Manager will need to follow up on any decisions, especially those that require action on the part of the HOA.
* The Town Manager will meet with community members for resolution or discussion of complaints, requests for services, etc.
* The Town Manager will be required to ensure that only HOA members and their guests are allowed to use community property.
* The Town Manager will meet with the HOA Board of Governors to discuss issues or problems and work out their resolution. Additionally, the Town Manager will have to attend the monthly HOA Board of Governor Meetings and the HOA Quarterly meetings.
* The Town Manager will make regular inspections of community property, and make regular visits of any work or construction projects on community property.
* The Town Manager confers with the HOA Board of Governors regarding fiscal and administrative matters, but will act independently compliance with federal, state and local laws and the HOA bylaws and regulations
