Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Major mattress manufacturer has General Production needs on 1st and 2nd shift.

1st Shift: 5:30a - 5:30p
2nd Shift: 5:30p-5:30p

Pay: $11 an hour/ $12 an hour once you go on perm.

-Some Saturdays (work 1/2 day) during busy season, but they'll know by Thursday if they have to work.

Making mattresses, and gluing pieces together to create the bed (heavy job).
- Lifting up to 50-80 lbs on a consistent basis (with a partner).
- Able to use hand power tools and bend/twist for the duration of a shift
- On feet entire shift
- On a team of 2 to build a bed

LOCKDOWN:
- Previous experience with heavy lifting
- Any physical limitations
- Working 10 hr shifts
- Team work (working on teams of 2 for each bed)
- Attendance
- 10 year background check
