Pay rate: 25-30/hr. based upon experience level.
Candidates will be working on various New construction, upgrade and restoration Projects in the greater Seattle area. These positions are open due to growth and current contract's on the books the next two years.
These positions will be contract to hire and will be doing mostly residential and commercial work and open to apprentice to Journeyman level.
Duties: Siding, framing, demo, flooring, decking and restoration. Daily tasks include reading blue prints and working with various teams of up to 15 to complete contracts in a quick and timely manner. Room for growth. Upcoming opportunities including, foreman and project manager.
