Account Specialist

As an Account Specialist , you take pride in being part of an Inside Sales/Customer Operations team where you achieve sales objectives, including but not limited to promoting biotech products to patients, physicians, and other health care professionals as well as provide customer service to the same. You are an excellent multitasker which allows you to think on your feet as you perform administrative functions such as answering incoming calls, placing calls, assisting in obtaining required clinical information for medical necessity and managing patient pipeline for the territory. Your role is critical to the success of your territory as you act as a communication hub for your team as well as participate in creating a sales team environment and in meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
