Now hiring for a Construction Scheduler with a General Contractor in Atlanta, GA. Qualified candidates will have experience with Microsoft Project & Primavera P6 for complete turnkey construction scheduling. Candidates will be responsible for mentoring and helping current staff with schedules for multiple projects. Understanding of cost load schedules, time impact, logic issues, setting up calendars, submittals, delivery schedules, slippages, baseline schedules, etc is a must. Projects will have anywhere between 400- 500 tasks per project. Schedulers will be responsible for meeting team in the field on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to visually track progress.

Pay:
$75,000 - $100,000 (determined based on experience)
Requirements:
6+ year's experience in commercial construction scheduling
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Primavera P6
Master skill in cost load schedules, time impact analysis, setting up calendars, submittals, delivery schedules, etc.
Mentoring, training, instructor experience
Heavy civil or commercial experience required
Ability to travel to the field to host meetings with Project Managers and Superintendents
