About this job

Job Responsibilities:

-This role entails customer service (mainly email, and some phone: interaction with the preferred vendors and internal teams) and data entry
-Call preferred vendor that is assigned to the particular project, they would work directly with their internal employees to tell them where they can pick up the vehicle and drop it off
-Manage status events via excel spreadsheets
-Check with vendors to make sure that they are getting accurate information and timely updates
-Internal facing and with their preferred vendors
-40% of their day will be emailing (or phones calls) and following up with vendors on specific projects and then 60% of their time would be in excel (they will be updated master file)

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of customer service work experience
-Experience communicating with customers via phone and email (Strong communication)
-Ability to type (30-35 WPM)
-Strong communication, written and verbal
-Proficient with MS Excel
-Achieved a HS Diploma
