Job Description:
Candidate will plan and perform activities concerned with installing, training, operating and maintaining equipment. Investigates and resolves technical problems and other customer requests for assistance associated with client equipment, processes and spare part identification. Acts as an interface with client customers to include providing remote support, on-site support, and training.
Educational Requirements
- BS Degree in Optics, EE, EET, Physics, or similar discipline (Optics preferred)
- Experience with electro-mechanical machinery and PLC programming
- Ability to travel ~60%
