The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound sales calls, listening to and answering customer's questions, and selling products, accessories and services. The candidate's primary responsibly is to ensure that the customer has a positive experience with GreatCall and will provide excellent customer service through professionalism and enthusiasm for great products and services. The candidate must be able to answer phone calls, process sales orders, overcome objection and problem solve. Strong communication skills and being very performance driven will ensure the candidates success in this position.
