One of our top banking clients in Lynn are looking for multiple customer service representatives to join their Collections team! Our client is looking for customer service experience to help support their new approach to collections. This is not your typical collections role, instead it is heavily focused around customer service.
The position will be a 90-day contract to hire paying $16 / hour during the contract period. Upon being brought on permanent, a candidate will received a base salary of $40,000 and be eligible for an incentive structure that could lead to first-year earnings of $52,000.

Day-to-Day
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Determining level our delinquency of payment
- Confirming client knows that they are required to pay
- Sending emails or letters (NO VERBAL ESCALATION REQUIRED)
Top 5 Must Haves
- 1+ years' proven customer service experience, ideally within a business professional environment
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office programs, typing ability etc.
- General understanding of collections combined with genuine interest in working this type of role
- Punctuality/Work Ethic
- Proven ability to meet daily goals/deadlines
