A well known car auctioning company in Mesa, AZ is hiring an Administrative Assistant to interview & start ASAP!
Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
- 1+ years of administrative experience: receptionist, clerical, front desk, office manager
- Strong customer service skills over the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
Administrative Assistant Job Description:
- Basic administrative duties; Cover front desk from time to time and also help with stocking break rooms with supplies
- Pay: $15
- Contract-to-hire (not temporary!)
- Hours: M-F 8-hour shift between 7am-5pm
