Aerotek is hiring for Customer Care Representatives for a financial services company located in Downtown, Denver!
Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
Call Center position in the Retirement call center. Will be taking calls from retirement plan holders about their balances, transactions, with drawls, and transfers. On average, taking 40-60 calls a day, all inbound.
Customer Care Representative Requirements:
1 year of call center experience or financial experience is required!
Shift: First/M-F
