Aerotek is searching for qualified customer service representative:
-The job requires outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, etc.
- You will be required to navigate to the correct person you need (ie - office manager, records manager, etc). You will have to explain why you are calling and what you need to get to the right person.
- Once on the phone with the right person you will be required to build a sense of urgency to obtain the documents you need to have sent to you.
- Once agreement is reached you will need to send a legal request document within HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow up calls will be required after sending document to remind the institution to send what you need.
- Each interaction will require documentation that includes updating POC's, addresses, phone numbers, emails etc.
- must remain very professional while being persistent to get what is needed for MRE's clients.
