QA Technician Lead - Full-time / Part-time

Quality Assurance Technician Lead:

This position will be working in the QC Lab and Production

Responsible for running routine tests including pH, salt, acid, moisture, viscosity

Will pull samples from production and bring to the lab for testing

Support production and check seals, weights, fill levels, coding, etc.

Environmental monitoring, swabbing and testing samples

Responsible for documenting test results and trending data

Follow and enforce food safety regulations including GMPs, HACCP and SQF regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related discipline.

Previous experience with a food manufacturing environment, preferable some microbiology testing experience.

Experience trending data.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

SQF experience preferred.

Must show leadership capabilities.
