Recruiter- Call Center - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a recruiter for a high volume call center in St Lucie County to support the health care field. This position will be a full time, permanent opportunity with career growth opportunities. Candidate will be required to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00AM-5:30pm and as needed.

Requirements:

High volume recruiting in a call center environment.

Providing feedback to employees and provide coaching and guidance to those on the staff.

Utilizing different recruiting tools to identify, source, screen and select candidates for entry level roles.

Determine soft skills of candidates to select them for specific customer support roles.

This position will require the individual to creatively recruit individuals in the St Lucie/Fort Pierce area.

Recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory.

Bilingual Spanish a plus.
