Automation Technician

This is a 1st shift Automation Technician position working 7a-3pm

This person is going to be responsible for the maintenance and support of product specific automated work cells to minimize the down time and essentially optimize productivity. This person will be responsible for responding to any downtime situations to get the machine back up and running. They're also responsible for preventative maintenance on all of the automated work cells and properly documenting the maintenance that was performed and being able to evaluate and identify potential future maintenance needs/issues. This person will be responsible to perform process verification procedures on automated work cells and follow the process deviation procedure when changing parameters.

Must Have:

• 3 years maintenance and PM's on automated equipment
• 3 years robot program edits
• 3 years working with end arm tooling
