Warehouse Production Supervisor (Swing Shift) - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is looking for candidates that have had Warehouse Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor experience.

Our client is growing at a pace that is hard to contain and we are in need of another supervisor to add to our team in order to manage our growth and implement new ideas. We are looking for someone that is career oriented and that wants to grow within our company. Most supervisors have been with the company around 5-15 years.

To be considered for this position our client is looking for skilled candidates that have the following skills listed below: Hours:

• 2:30Pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

• 48K Salary

Job Duties:

• Production Supervisor Experience
• Will be supervising around 35 people and they will be managing a group of leads that manage the contractors.
• Working closely with other supervisors to proactively allocate warehouse workers to other BUs.
• BU forecasting (Revenue, Number of units processed, Labor and cost associated)
• Process implementation
• Inventory Control
• Shipping & Receiving
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work on feet all day long.

Job Requirements:

• Supervisor should be able to understand and track revenue and costs in his/her BU independently of a Profit &Loss model
  • knowing your revenue streams and cost drivers (and being able to control them) are critical
• Strong working knowledge of Materials and Inventory Control
• Has demonstrated proficiency in Receiving, Warehouse or Shipping.
• Is certified to operate some material handling Equipment.
• Proven ability to Lead/Direct others
• Strong process orientation and ability to understand, define, control, and improve processes.
• Must have previously been a supervisor or a warehouse manager of some sort previously

Compliance Requirements:

• Must Be willing to summit to a drug test
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
