Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Aerotek at Whirlpool Corporation is seeking qualified candidates for the Inbound Customer Service/Contact Center in Benton Harbor. Candidates will interact with Whirlpool customers and are responsible for answering questions in addition to resolving concerns/problems associated with appliances. You will have an opportunity to earn commission based bonuses through various sales opportunities. Great performance earns you the opportunity to earn pay increase after just three months, in addition eligibility to apply for a permanent position within Whirlpool Corporation. You'll be much more than part of a Call Center, you'll be a Care Expert who helps retain and grow the customer base!
