Job Description:
* Plan out shipping timelines for products ordered from Germany as well as Canada that have a project schedule they need to adhere to
* Purchase IT equipment for the office while following the process assigned from corporate - any product over $500 has to get approve by the President of the company and a Capital Requisition will need to be submitted
* Utilize Strategic planning when a new product release is happening as there will be a specific timeline as to when that product will need to be ordered so it is shipped and received on time
* Work closely with the partners in the Canada location for any outstanding questions or process confirmation
* Confirm product availability dates as needed
* Establish and partner with the Project Manager for project deadlines based off shipping/product availability
