These are long term positions within a well-known company here in Cedar Rapids!

HOURS: M-F, 11:30AM-8:30PM OR 8:00AM-6:00PM
1st Shift, or 2nd shift
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year+ call center experience
Must be able to type 40 + WPM
High School Diploma or GED
