Seeking a Bilingual HR Representative (Spanish and English) to join a dynamic team working for a global technology and supply chain company. The position would be on-site in Jonestown, PA. The position acts as a liaison between management and staff in an active warehouse environment. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting and hiring, payroll, incident investigation, new hire training, and translation.
General Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.
- Strong communications skills: interpersonal, oral, and written.
- Comfortable working in both an office setting and on the floor of a warehouse.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field experience.
- 1+ year experience working in Human Resources (administrative, specialist, generalist).
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation skills, and technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker's compensation.
An Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, Outlook
- Experience with HRIS systems: PeopleSoft or Workday preferred.
- Experience in training or education of hourly employees.
- Background in a distribution, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
