About this job

Customer Service responsibilities include

* Answer incoming Calls
o MID, DBA, Contact Person, Contact phone number, and Reason for calling
* Transfer call to the appropriate parties
* Assist is basic information retrieval including but not limited to:
o Verifying batch totals, helping provide Statements to merchants, and locating transaction information
* Overall understanding of how he/she can affect department objectives.
* Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to work independently of supervision and accept feedback
* Demonstrate initiative and ownership and problem solving skills.
* Present professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
* Ability to follow all company policies and procedures, as well as internal departmental procedures to ensure consistent treatment of customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Past call center experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service
