Chemical Inventory Technician

Aerotek's client is looking for a Chemical Inventory Technician to join their organization.

Job Description:

1. Managing the on site inventory to help keep them in compliance for auditing.
2. QC work on the incoming materials- researching them.
3. Open package, verifies the bottle matches the computer and packaging slips. They then apply bar code to the model and then send on the way to the researcher. If any info in the system is incorrect they are making adjustment in systems.
4. They are going to the research labs with the scanners, RF, to check the inventory to match the system.
5. Creating SDS sheets.
6. Supporting their inquiries, basic excel sheets and track down containers etc.

Requirements:

• Excel and spreadsheet creating abilities
• Focused/careful and detail oriented/methodical
• Chemical experience and understanding the hazardous material
• GMP is a plus not a requirement
