About this job

Requirements:
-1+ year of customer service experience
-Comfortable working on the phones and interacting with people


Job Duties:
-The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for taking calls from Credit customers in an inbound customer service role
-Will be receiving calls off of a dialer system in regards to general inquiries, payment questions and postings, issues, account maintenance,etc.
-Will utilize dual monitors to track customer information and notate customer interactions.
