About this job

Seeking sales agents for 2nd shift opportunities. These candidates will be handling outbound calls for customers who have submitted their information for financial or lending services. Candidates must be comfortable handling objections with customers and navigating conversations to transfer to lenders. They do not need to have direct knowledge about lending or mortgage, that's preferred.

The Position:
* Call customers that have submitted a form (using approved scripting) and connect them with lenders in our approved network.
* Promote approved lenders during outbound customer calls.
* Thoroughly learn and then cross sell all product offerings.
* Track call results in CRM system.

Qualifications: Requirements:
* 1+ year of successful outbound calling experience
* Exceptional phone presence

Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Experience exceeding quota in an Inside Sales position
* Strong understanding of the mortgage industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive with good follow-up skills, good listening skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a team environment and become a team player.
* Self-Motivated.
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
* Ability to multi-task daily while, maintaining high performance standards.
* Strong time management skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment: Training is 9a-5p for 1 week

Hours: 12:30p - 9p Monday - Friday; off one day during the week, and will be required to work Saturday. Once permanent, they will migrate to more of a day time shift and day shift for Saturdays, but more tenured people and high performers get day shift.
