Executive Administrative Assistant:

Location: Bellevue, WA

*Number of openings: 1
*Desired Start date: 3/26/18
*Estimated End Date: 6/1/18 - chance for extension but would like to convert if a good fit.
*Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week. Some OT budgeted.

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities include:
* Proactively manage complex calendars, making decisions to prioritize requests based on shifting business priorities, allocating appropriate amount of time, and ensuring that all meeting details are accurate.
* Manage/coordinate domestic and international travel.
* Prepare and process expense reports.
* Business Support.
* Ensure compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures.
* Process expense report approvals for team members.
* Create and maintain org charts, distribution lists, office maps.
* Team Support.
* General team support for All Hands, off-sites and morale events (logistics such as room reservation and catering).
* New employee setup (office, equipment, etc.).
* Procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facilities requests.
* Maintain a friendly and inviting work environment for the team.
* Calendaring- 60%- for 4 people.
* Travel -10% mostly domestic.
* Team Support- 30%.


Typical Day in the Role:
* 3/26/18-6/1/18.
* 40 hours a week: Calendaring- 60%- for 4 people, Travel -10% mostly domestic, Team Support- 30%.
* A lot of interaction with the small team. They will be supporting 4 executives calendar while also supporting the team. The team is quiet and relaxed but resilient and very focused.
