Their management structure, resources and experience enable them to assist their clients with creative yet expedient design solutions for many building types. Their expertise includes:
-BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technology
-Sustainable Design including LEED, NetZero, and CHiPS
-Occupied Phased Construction
-Design-Build
-Term Contracts
They are currently seeking a mid-level to fully experience full time licensed Architect with the skills to contribute in a team atmosphere and the drive to advance.
This person must be able to both perform the technical requirements of managing architectural projects with a team of consultants as well as contribute to the client relationships and the business development of the firm.
Qualifcations
- Possess Design sensibilities, an NAAB accredited Bachelors or Masters of Architecture Degree
- Registration is a MUST
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency with InDesign
- Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD
- Construction Document experience
- Must possess the ability to interact with clients and customers
- Ability to produce professional non-residential construction documents in REVIT
