Construction Project Administrator

One of Aerotek's clients is looking to hire a full time Construction Admin.

Essential Functions:
Preparation of correspondence including Contract Return Letters; Meeting Minutes and general correspondence and email communications
Filing: Maintains project files - paper and electronic
Project Information Management: Adds Subcontractors and other project team members to SharePoint
Tracks return of subcontract agreements and associated exhibits; follows up as required
Project Financial Activity: Input data into the appropriate software program (COINS or others as dictated by the project) including preparation of monthly owner billings; subcontractor change orders; cost codes and information reporting retrieval
Assists Project Manager with subcontractor invoice review and follow ups
Answering office phones and reception duties as needed.

Must Have:

High school Diploma

2-5 years Project Assistant Experience

Construction Management Background

Excellent Communication and Excel skills plus Sharepoint
