Call Center Rep (outbound)

A company located in North Aurora, IL is looking to hire 3 Outbound Customer Service Representatives. These candidates will be assisting their collections/Financial counseling agents with reaching out to customers who are facing financial hardship or need assistance with setting up a payment plan and/or actually have their account in collections. They will be utilizing a soft script, gives talking points and conversation guidance, and will be wearing a headset an. They will be working on an autodialer.

The majority of the calls will result in leaving a scripted voicemail, but if a connection is made, this person will immediately let the contact know they are being transferred to financial aid counselor. The voicemail will vary slightly based on the financial institution being represented on that particular call.

Candidates will be utilizing two monitors as well as two primary programs (CRM and dialer tool) throughout the day. Candidates will NOT be collecting any money or providing any financial advice.

This position pays $14/hr and will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Must Have:

-6 month of call center experience

-Must type 35 WPM (test will be required)
