About this job
Lead meetings with multiple client groups and partners to assess recruitment needs while providing excellent customer service
-Create and modify job descriptions to accurately reflect job duties
-Drive wide degree of creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify, pipeline and select top global talent
-Maintain data in applicant tracking system
-Provide quality experience for candidates during recruitment process
-Lead interview process with managers
-compile application information (reference checks, salary, skill level, interview feedback etc.)
-Participate in job fairs and events
-Ensures adherence to Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
-May travel to various facilities and recruiting events
-Prior Agency recruiting experience a plus (not required)
-Bachelors Degree typically required in BA, HR or Organizational Development OR 3+ years progressive experience in Human Resources
-May substitute a certificate in lieu of education
-General knowledge of HR principles
-Experience closing high level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
-MS office skills required
-Brassring candidate tracking system (internal system)
-High Volume recruitment and workload
-Mid Level recruiting in manufacturing group, Composite Tech
