Provider Compensation Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Currently seeking a provider specialist who will help to work within the specific physician and provider contracts to ensure they are compensated per shift at each facility.

Job Description:

This candidate will be required to interpret contracts specific to provider groups or individual physicians to ensure they are paid for operations and appointments per their license or terms.

Candidate will maintain direct deposit information, edit hours worked, troubleshoot adjustments, take special requests per payroll needs, write manual checks and communicate with the doctor for any and all special requests by the Provider.

Qualifications:

-2+ years of payroll processing, a/r or a/p experience and intermediate usage of excel.

-Candidate will be required to understand how to update a spreadsheet.

-Experience with a payroll system (does not have to be Teamworks, but preferred)

-Experience reading or interpreting legal or health care contracts is preferred.

-Experience managing internal payroll or compensation is preferred, not required
