About this job
Aerotek is currently hiring candidates at a local concrete production facility in Cressona. Positions will go to work immediately following a Friday orientation. Typical work weeks are a Monday to Friday, however there is the possibility of working Saturdays for overtime.
All shifts available!
1st shift (4am-7am start time)
2nd shift (11am - 1pm start time)
3rd shift (9pm-11pm start time)
TYPICAL DUTIES
General clean up
Cleaning Forms
Placing Strand
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Placing concrete
Additional functions as needed to manufacture large precast construction components
Equipment/tool labeling & monitoring
Help other crews as required
Working up to 8-10 hours daily.
Additional Information
Hours worked in a typical week are no less than 40 and no more than 55 (anything over 8 hours in a day is automatic overtime). Will have the opportunity to join the Steel Workers Union once hired on. This is a 4 month contract to hire position.
