Responsibilities:
* Full life-cycle recruiting of a wide range of insurance and call center positions. Other positions include business and operations related functions.
* Candidate sourcing, value added pre-screening of candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes, assessing candidates' applications and scheduling of interviews.
* Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in our various markets/locations.
* Networking, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and with all levels of staff.
* Develop and maintain network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system and utilizing social media to help establish and market us as a preferred employer.
