Injection Molding Process Technician

Process Technicians will be responsible for: Maximizing uptimes on all machine centers to reduce/eliminate downtime
Document all process parameters on documents to the MSS's.
Ensure all process parameters and mold protection settings are according to process specifications.
Ensure all safety features are functioning, such as drop bar & safety switches.
Respond to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.
Reduce scrap through elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and the work order system.
Maintain neat & clean environment at all times.
Identify maintenance concerns & work to assist with resolutions.
Participate in mold change activities as needed.
May be required to complete minor mechanical repairs as needed.
