We are partnering with our Client in Hayward seeking a Credit and Billing Specialist Position.
Credit & Collections Specialist

Deductions/Daily
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus required. Three to five years of relevant experience in the field of A/R, billing, credit memo processing, collections and analysis of customer’s account required.

Credit & Collections Specialist

Deductions/Daily
- Pull the backups, investigate the deduction, working with other departments to clear the deduction
- New Accounts (Credit App/system maintain) as needed
- Carrier claims/ as needed
- Deduction Reports/monthly
- Warehouse billing/daily
- possible company specific invoicing/daily
