PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Front desk receptionist for a well-established company in Redmond, Oregon. The right candidate will have experience in a receptionist role, customer service skills and a professional attitude. This is a full time M-F contract opportunity that is set to go through November and has the potential to turn into a long-term position with a growing company. The starting pay is $13-15 per hour DOE.

Job Duties may include:
  • Greet customers professionally
  • Promptly answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Assist with setting up orders and prelims
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of outgoing mail and UPS correspondence daily, meeting pick up deadlines
  • Follow opening and closing office duties on a daily basis
  • Perform a variety of escrow and title related support duties
  • Maintain lobby, conference rooms, break rooms and other common areas
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
  • Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, personal computers, and postage machine
  • Manage timely and accurate pick up and deliveries per a regular and route
  • Execute pickups and deliveries in accordance with all traffic and safety laws
  • Maintain flexibility in schedule for unscheduled picks up and deliveries
  • Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pick up operations
  • Perform, maintain and record any safety requirements required
  • Maintain and protect all company property in excellent condition
  • Perform other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties

  • Professional dress is required

  • Ability to comprehend and obey traffic and safety laws
