PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Front desk receptionist for a well-established company in Redmond, Oregon. The right candidate will have experience in a receptionist role, customer service skills and a professional attitude. This is a full time M-F contract opportunity that is set to go through November and has the potential to turn into a long-term position with a growing company. The starting pay is $13-15 per hour DOE.

- Greet customers professionally
- Promptly answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Assist with setting up orders and prelims
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of outgoing mail and UPS correspondence daily, meeting pick up deadlines
- Follow opening and closing office duties on a daily basis
- Perform a variety of escrow and title related support duties
- Maintain lobby, conference rooms, break rooms and other common areas
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, personal computers, and postage machine
- Manage timely and accurate pick up and deliveries per a regular and route
- Execute pickups and deliveries in accordance with all traffic and safety laws
- Maintain flexibility in schedule for unscheduled picks up and deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pick up operations
- Perform, maintain and record any safety requirements required
- Maintain and protect all company property in excellent condition
- Perform other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties
- File and organize as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Efficiently and effectively manage multi – line phone system
- A strong desire to succeed in a team environment
- Maintain a pleasant attitude at all times
- Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet daily deadlines, and multi-task in fast paced environment
- Outstanding organizational skills
- At least 1 year prior receptionist experience is preferred
- Background in title and escrow is a plus
- Punctual and Reliable
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- 2 Professional References
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Professional dress is required
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to comprehend and obey traffic and safety laws
- Ability to safely drive various vehicles under varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
