Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests while working in common areas and during events.
- Maintain cleanliness of building on a regular basis including (restrooms, sanctuary, kitchen and rental spaces.)
- Assist congregates, visitors, and staff with miscellaneous requests for events or daily activities.
- Perform basic repairs of furniture, plumbing, doors, etc.
- Monitor and inspect building systems and equipment; heating, plumbing, security, etc.
- Organize facilities spaces and supplies for easy access.
- Restock common areas with snacks, coffee/tea, utensils and paper products.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of janitorial or facilities experience.
- You do not have to have the same religious beliefs, just accepting of other religions.
- Friendly and customer service oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Skill to do minor repairs around facility.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, crawl, kneel continuously throughout shift.
- Must possess the physical strength, agility, and coordination required to operate hand and power tools and equipment, such as ladders, drills, hammers, etc.
