Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests while working in common areas and during events.
• Maintain cleanliness of building on a regular basis including (restrooms, sanctuary, kitchen and rental spaces.)
• Assist congregates, visitors, and staff with miscellaneous requests for events or daily activities.
• Perform basic repairs of furniture, plumbing, doors, etc.
• Monitor and inspect building systems and equipment; heating, plumbing, security, etc.
• Organize facilities spaces and supplies for easy access.
• Restock common areas with snacks, coffee/tea, utensils and paper products.

Education/Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of janitorial or facilities experience.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• You do not have to have the same religious beliefs, just accepting of other religions.
• Friendly and customer service oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Skill to do minor repairs around facility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, crawl, kneel continuously throughout shift.
• Must possess the physical strength, agility, and coordination required to operate hand and power tools and equipment, such as ladders, drills, hammers, etc.
