Pay: $11 Day shift $11.50 night shift
Schedule: 2 days on 2 days off
1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
2nd Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Position is responsible for packaging, palletizing, unloading and sleeving product from production equipment. Expected to assist in the operation of all manufacturing process equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Production Operator with order processing, changes and set-up.
- Bags, boxes or palletizes finished product.
- Performs quality inspections and tests.
- Forming Operators positions sheet rolls on unwind stand and starts sheet into formers and through the trim press.
- Assists in the production and operation of manufacturing process equipment.
- Prepares production logs, product tags and time cards as necessary.
- Operates scrap grinder as required and understands recycle system.
- Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.
- Remains compliant with SQF / HACCP requirements as per this location’s written “Food Safety & Quality Policy”
