Central SA Marketer seeking high energy individuals for business to business phone sales

Monday- Thursday> 7:30am-4:30

Friday> 7:30- 2pm

Small high energy team environment

Good attendance is key

$13 per hour > $18 upon hire with good attendance and performance with generous UNCAPPED commissions

Overview:

Associate will be contacting businesses to sell advertising on products for local High Schools. High Schools choose products and this marketing team sells business on the concept of getting their logo/ business exposed through these products.

Products: cow bells, towels, balls, back packs, seat cushions, foam fingers, mega phones....

Phone Sales Opportunity:
  • Uncapped commissions paid bi-weekly> paid by percentage of sales 2-3%
  • Average 1st year: $40K-$42K/ 2nd year $58K-$60K
  • Top rep currently at $85K / Monthly commissions $1800 doable.
  • Weekly and daily sales spiffs and high energy fun place to work.
  • Immediate medical benefits upon transition
Metrics:
  • Minimum 300 calls per day
  • 5 sales per week / success is 8 sales per week
  • 90% rejection must have thick skin and be persistent.
  • Must have clear phone voice.
Attendance key success factor:
  • No misses within first 2 weeks (no training days can be missed)
  • No more than 16 hours missed within first 90 days.
  • Attendance issues will lead to termination no tolerance.
Key attributes:
  • Outgoing personality.
  • High energy and background in hospitality, servers, collections, persistent, Sales!
