AP Clerk (Construction Background ideal but not required)
Required Skills:

AP Clerk (Construction Background ideal but not required)
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication
- Highly organized
- Able to follow direction
- Reliable, punctual
- Handle high paper volume (approx. 1,200/month) with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft and general knowledge of PO systems
- Able to meet deadlines
- Reviews invoices, matches to packing slips
- Data entry of invoices in inventory
- Follow-up on missing/incomplete paperwork
- Reconcile vendor statements
