As a Cheesecake Global Communications Intern you will play an integral part in supporting our Global Development Department and RockSugar restaurant by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a Global Development Department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Operations, as well as the Training Manager for RockSugar, you will work with a team of 7, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Global Development communications for a $2.3 billion publicly traded company with over 200 full service restaurants and more than 38,000 staff members.
Here’s more of what you will get to do:
- RockSugar Development Program – reformat, edit and proof all content and info as needed.
- New Concept Development Materials – reformat, edit and proof all content and info.
- Global Development Binder – reformat, edit and proof all content and info.
- Global Development Audit Administration.
- Review, edit taxonomy of Global Development file system.
- Administrative Communications as needed.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
- Majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field.
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Publisher).
- Read/Write Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
- Cheesecake Factory Operations experience is a plus.
