National Maintenance and Build Out Company handles commercial remodeling and building maintenance for a number of Fortune 500 clients nationwide. Our Service Call Center, located in Ivyland,PA, manages maintenance calls for commercial properties in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We are rapidly expanding, as our reputation for excellent and timely service brings us new clients, and we're looking to bring on driven and hardworking individuals to keep up with our growing demand.

A Service Coordinator is responsible for assessing maintenance requests from our clients, hiring and dispatching subcontractors for each call, and following through until each call is completed and the client billed.

Our Service Coordinators must be diligent, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Duties and Expectations:

* Works within a team to bring a project or scope of work to fruition

* Creates and manages work processes to meeting the changing needs of our customers

* Manages day to day progress of each call assigned

* Coordinates subcontractors of various trades from assessment through to completion and billing

* Participates in progress reports for all clients

* Manages projects to a specified budget

* Maintains database records for projects

* Manages and provides regular reports to our customers

* Customer billing

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Some College or Trade school preferred.

Experience: 2+ years in customer service role required. Some experience in construction or building maintenance preferred.
