About this job
Main emphasis for this particular position is on the testing and maintenance of the CCC and outdoor swimming pools and pump rooms. Provides support for all CCC & MPB events. Supports FG Facilities Maintenance with general maintenance of CCC, Druid Pool, Dorchester Pool & Mini Golf.
-Maintains and operates the CCC, Druid & Dorchester swimming pools and pump rooms.
-Purchases chemicals and maintains proper chemical balance in pools.
-Assists in pool openings and closings at the beginning and end of season.
-Coordinate with pool consultant and FG Facilities Maintenance all repairs and other pool issues.
-Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled by the FG Facilities Maintenance.
-Review MSDS sheets regularly to be aware of chemicals associated with this position.
-Minor Repairs to equipment and facilities.
-Detail the Community Center and other Recreation Facilities daily, ensuring a guest-ready, visible appearance at all times. Including Carpets, Tile, Outside Windows,
-Handle hazardous pool chemicals using all safety equipment as needed.
-Represent the club in a positive and professional manner.
-Some weekend duties may occur – hours may vary.
-Perform landscape and grounds duties. .
-Must be a team player, possessing good verbal and written communication skills.
-Required to work safely at all times.
-Responsible to provide excellent customer service.
-Other duties as assigned by CCC Manager.

-Valid TN Driver License required
-Pool testing and pump maintenance experience a must, Certified Pool Operator a plus.
