Duties: -Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -Able to support vendor invoices, customer payments, broker commissions, credit card payments and refunds for 4 companies -Access customer portals daily to reconcile credits and merchant charge backs -Maintain pertinent records in general ledger within data entry specific job duties -Calculate and submit commissions in accordance with individual contracts in all product lines -Work and communicate cooperatively with Finance staff - maintaining departmental confidentiality at all times Working hours: M-F 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Skills: Qualifications: -Attention to detail and ability to multi-task -Excellent data entry skills -Sit for up to 6
