We are looking for candidates that are available to work any shift 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shifts. Randstad is currently recruiting for Production Operators/Assemblers for an automotive parts manufacturer in Talladega, AL. Pay for these temporary to permanent positions is $9/hour for 1st shift and $9.50/hr for 2nd/3rd shifts. The pay increases to $11.00-$11.50 per hour once you go permanent with increases every 6 months until top out with a competitive benefit package.
