A large insurance agency is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Liberty Lake as a permanent employee! Main responsibilities include, research and respond to customer inquiries; Review and update customer records on computerized database; Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties; Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication. Hours:7AM-7PM, Monday through Friday (37.5 hour work week, 7.5 hours per day) Pay $13/hr Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Skills: -High School degree or equivalent training or experience in a business related field, or a minimum of 6 months related work experience is required.
