Our client provides high-quality, affordable healthcare to union workers and needs three bilingual (English and Spanish) customer service representatives to join their team starting at the beginning of March The position is in a call center in the Chicago Loop. Candidates should be prepared to handle high call volumes. Training will be provided for this temp to hire position. Hours: must be flexible to work between the hours of 8:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday (37.5 hour work week) Working hours: Monday-Friday Skills: Proficient in Spanish highly preferred (reading, writing, speaking) 2-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting Comfortable with computers
